Aquarium Setup for Mollies:
You can keep mollies in a small
aquarium. Minimum aquarium size for mollies is 10 gallons. It is better to keep
mollies in a planted aquarium. Mollies can show aggression if you keep many in
a single tank or when other fish are aggressive. So, it is advisable to keep them
in a bigger tank & with peaceful fish. They are very active & swim with
other fish. Keep rocks & decorations in the tank which can provide hiding
spots for stressed fish or babies. Use artificial lights in mollies aquarium. They
like slow moving water & you can produce water currents using aquarium filter.
If you are keeping up to four mollies then choose a 10-gallon tank but for more
fish, select a 30-gallon tank. Adding a new molly will need 3 gallons of water.
Which Tank Mates to keep in Mollies Aquarium:
Choose tank mates like Cherry
Barbs, Platies, Guppies, Dwarf Gourami, Rosy Barbs, Tetras & Danios. Also, you
