2006 Alaska Fishing Pictures
2006 Alaska fishing summary - Overall it was a great year! It was an odd summer up here in Alaska. The weather was very mild, some would say cold. The fishing started out with the King's at the Deshka, they came in a bit late and were small this year. We pulled many Kings out of the Deshka this year, and had a blast!  We only fished out of Homer twice, both fairly succesfull! The most exciting times were in Seward, AK this year. We finally found a great place for Halibut, plus silvers, Ling Cod, yellow eye & black sea bass!  Did a fly in trip to Illiamna (Thanks Chris for flying us over there) we all had a great time, fished for the sockey's till our arms fell off! Silvers in the MatSu were a bust, many of the rivers were flooded out during the peak season, very disapointing!   We did finally make it down to Valdez, to do some Salmon Shark fishing!!  Gotta see those pics!!   Pictures below
